Hello everyone,

The AkaKitsune Project used to be a Minecraft Multiplayer Server, allowing both Minecraft and Minecraft: Java Edition players to play on the same server. However, the original servers were shut down earlier this year due to cost constraints. There had been a closed testing for a short time around March this year, but after months of testing, I have come to the conclusion that the infrastructure involved is just not adequate enough to handle enough players.

However, today, I am glad to be able to announce that The New AkaKitsune Project will be launching soon. The New AkaKitsune Project is not only intended for me to host Minecraft servers, but it is also intended to be a hosting solution for game servers. This means that The New AkaKitsune Project will also be hosting game servers by other people! You can request to have a temporary server set up for you to play privately with your friends, and it is not limited to Minecraft either.

The New AkaKitsune Project is set to launch on 24 October 2021. Please stay tuned for more information regarding this service. Slots are limited. Terms and conditions may apply.
